ITS BEEN A MINUTE

WHERE TO START!?

Looks like our last update was August 9th, 2020. Almost an entire year ago. its absolutely wild to think about.

Well, a lot has changed. We’ve changed. Who hasn’t over this last year? We’re * hopefully * on our way out of this pandy, and finally the shop is starting to get back to a reasonably normal place. But to fill ya in real quick, heres a little run down of what we’ve done in the shop since our last blog post.

-Changed up our food menu twice, finally landing on & dialing in a dope ass sub sandwich menu with house sliced meats, house pickled veggies, the best onion & french rolls in town. Veggie options available, obviously. We’re honestly very hyped on these sandwiches.
-Added a patio in front of our shop, to help compensate for lack of indoor seating options. Wish we would have had this all along. This ain’t going anywhere, big new plans for that in the works as well to make it all the more comfy and ~vibey~.
-Launched a coffee roasting company - this was perhaps the biggest project of everything. We had started roasting last year with a temporary name, (17TIL), and finally gave it a new name - FIELD TRIP COFFEE ROASTERS. Website coming soon, as well as wholesale. Currently it’s all available in shop, with a full lineup of merch as well. We’re incredibly excited for where this will go, as the possibilities seem endless!
-Finally reopened the inside of our space, with a serious refresh. Fresh paint, tables, chairs, lighting, etc. There’s still a ton to do, but at least we’re functional and people can hang. Feels gooooood.

EDIT, started this blog entry July 21, 2021. It’s now November 21st. Not sure why I never finished it up but, going to just leave it where it was and click post. Point is, we’ve done a lot to survive, and we’re excited to be here.
